Sam Ward finished in 10th place on Boxted Boy.
Bumble Thomas claimed second in the 69-entry 1* 1.20m two-phase with Quantum Treat, the Canto/Quantum 13-year-old 1.40 sec behind the winning time. Steady double clears from Claire Salem on Chablis De Eros and Joe Clayton’s ABC Private Jet claimed 16th and 20th.
A steady clear by Charlotte Ash in the 2* 1.40m speed with Ideal S to take 13th nine sec behind the winner.
Alex Gill jumped into fifth spot in the six-year-old 1.20m speed with Ivivo (Harley VDL/Con Air) 4.47 sec behind the pace. Olivia Gent took seventh on Kingdon (Don VHP Z/Hamilton III), Helen Tredwell was 12th and 16th on Luikan and Iowenna and steady clears from Alex Hempleman’s Jammy Dodger and Sarah Lewis’ Askeaton finished 18th and 20th.
Claire Salem finished seventh on the seven-year-old Cicero D Epic in the 1* 1.10m two-phase with a double clear almost seven sec off the pace.
