Brits were on form in the 1.40m at Lier, Belgium, filling the top three places.
Louise Whitaker eased Brendon Stud’s home-bred Special Warrior in to the top spot in this two-phase class, winning on the Warrior/Caretino Glory eight-year-old with 1.46 sec to spare. James Smith slotted the Kannan/Cumano 11-year-old Twix De La Roque into second and Chad Fellows claimed third on the Cornet Obolensky `4-year-old Confident of Victory. Joe jumped a steady clear in the 71-strong 2* 1.35m speed to take 17th on the Azteca VDL eight-year-old Franka Trichta 13 sec off the pace.
Steady clears in the seven-year-old speed from William Whitaker on Liarada S and Olivia Gillespie with Diarados Black Diamond for 16th and 19th places.
