Lance Whitehouse takes the world ranking class in Poland

Lance Whitehouse outpaced all rivals in the gold 1.50m on the Baltica tour with Vik II.

Forty-seven contended this world ranking speed class but Lance and his 16-year-old seasoned campaigner Vik forged ahead, the Cantos gelding taking the win by 0.95 sec. Emma Stoker was also clear on the Cartani nine-year-old Townhead Ballulah for sixth spot 3.48 sec in arrears.

Lance and Cartino III finished fourth in the gold 1.35m speed, the Cartano/Topas 11-year-old 4.69 sec behind the winner.

Victoria Garfield-Bennett guided the Verdi 12-year-old Brandon into ninth in the silver 1.30m speed some nine sec behind the pace. Emma Stoker also jumped clear for 12th on Townhead Liberty V.

One time fault dropped Giorgia Distefano and the It’s the Business seven-year-old Kimba into 12th in the silver 1.20m speed.
