Superwoman Emma Stoker flies to take four wins on the Baltica tour
Emma Stoker was invincible on day three of week one on the Baltica tour in Poland, claiming no less than four wins.
She raced to a 1.40m win with Everton De Villee, claimed the seven-year-old on Cool Cash and topping the six-year-old final aboard Grand Stakkato and rounded off her incredible day by winning the top-billed 1.45m on Townhead Ballulah. Poland’s Jaroslaw Skrzyczynski on Jerico.
Emma was the sole British representative in the gold tour 1.45m two-phase but she led off all 32 challengers to win on the nine-year-old Cartani/Tabasco La Silla mare by 0.66 sec.
Thirty-five contended the 1.40m speed class with Emma and the eight-year-old Arko III/Darco stallion galloping to the top to win by 0.53 sec. Emma also posted the steadiest of the clears on Townhead Tallulah V to take 13th.
Only three of the 16 seven-year-old final starters made it to the jump-off, Emma and the Oldenburg mare Cool Cash (Cadensky/Dollar Dela Pierre) claiming a handsome 2.66 sec in hand to take victory.
In the six-year-old, Emma and the Graf Top/Stakkato stallion Grand Stakkato maintained their clear round mantra but had to settle to share the honours with Poland’s Kamil Grzelczyk on Il De Fonse after fighting to the bitter end but dead-heating on time.
Emma was also in the mix in the five-year-old final, but four faults in round two dropped Q seven (Quaid/Stakkato) down to third spot while clear and eight put Emma’s second ride Illonois into sixth.
Clear and four dropped Emma and Townhead Liberty V down to 14th in the silver tour 1.30m two-phase.
Mark Hallion clinched first and fourth places in the 1.10m speed, winning by 0.97 sec on the Epilot 14-year-old Zactly Voss and taking fourth with Super Trooper De Ness seven-year-old Super Dooper.
