Brits lead the way in the age classes on the Baltica tour

Brits dominated the age classes on the Baltica tour, Poland.

Graham Gillespie headed the seven-year-old with Fortuna ES (Arizona/Vaillant) with half a sec to spare. Emma Stoker posted a steadier double clear for sixth on Pembroke 3 (Perigueux/Quick Star) and Louise Whitaker jumped into ninth on Brendon Stud’s Warrior/Caretino Glory mare Special Warrior. Emma was also penalty-free on second ride, the Arko III/Darco stallion Everton De Villee, for 12th.

In day one’s seven-year-old speed, Will Edwards slotted SHW Candies B (Chacco Blue/Heartbreaker) into second, 2.55 sec behind the pace. Louise and Special Warrior finished seventh, sandwiched between Emma’s two – Pembroke in sixth and Everton eighth.

Jude Burgess made it two British wins, heading the five-year-old aboard Hartbreker GB (Crespo VDL/Numero Uno), finishing just 0.11 sec in front. Ben Raistrick rode into fifth on Heaven Can Wait E (Up To Date/Cavalier).

The Edwards brothers were also in the mix, Will taking eighth on Heolieta M (Zambesi/Zeoliet) and Carmen in 11th with Happy Valerie (Verdi/Dutchboy) – both posting double clears. Jude also returned a clean sheet on Pythagoras III Z for 17th.

Ben’s easy double clear on Cool Boy (Coco Jambo/Justinian) netted eighth in the six-year-old. Emma was also double clear on Cool Cash for 20th.
