Louise Saywell is in flying form in France

Louise Saywell kicked off day one of week two at Cagnes-sur-Mer with a win, heading the 1.40m on Graham Ward’s Feigtling. The Chicago Z/Darco 12-year-old was in fighting form for Louise to claim this speed class by a commanding 3.77 sec. Alex Rident jumped into fourth on the Chinta/Lightning nine-year-old Come Back.

Greg Taylor was defeated by just a fraction in the 1.25m, taking second on the Nintender/Lupicor nine-year-old Daimler II just 0.33 sec in arrears.

Louise on Luigi (Luidam/Clinton) and Graham Babes with the Verdi-sired Farao M jumped clear in the seven-year-old to take equal first with 41 others.

Graham and Glencoe (Chellthago/Numero Uno) were one of 18 clears in the six-year-old to finish equal first.

Thirteen jumped clear in the five/six-year-old, including Tom Lloyd on Castillan (Castino/Lansing), and Tom also came home on a clean sheet in the six/seven-year-old with Revel.
