Louise Saywell notches up a double in Kronenberg

Louise Saywell is on fire at De Peelbergen, Kronenberg, Netherlands. On day one she posted a win. On day two, she doubled up with two well-deserved victories.

In the top-billed class of the day, the 1.45m speed, Louise raced ahead with Billy Twomey’s big-jumping nine-year-old Dassler (Douglas/Cassini II), to win the 69-entry class by 0.33 sec.

Sweden’s Malin Parmler had to settle for second on Hockney. Graham Lovegrove jumped a steadier clear on Jakarta van de Roshoeve d’14 for 19th place. YUazmin Davis and Zilverster II returned on four faults.

Louise continued on her run of good form with another win on Graham Ward’s Feigtling, a Chicago Z/Darco 12-year-old. The pair, winners just 24 hours earlier, headed the 1.40m by 1.70 sec over the Netherlands’ Michel Hendrix and Alaska. Mark Bunting netted 11th place on Eurohills Alacatraz.
