Tim Page gets off to a good start in St Lo
Tim Page galloped into second place in a very fast 1.40m section A speed at St Lo, France, with Steady tHe Helm, finishing two sec behind the winner. Skye Higgin was right behind him in third on Quarina De Blondel and Jemma Kirk with Quelisto took fifth. Philip Spivey and Darya I Nur had four faults.
Skye also jumped clear in section B, taking 16th on Ushaia Du Thot with Tim on a fast four for 20th aboard Duc D Arsouilles. Ricki Hill posted a steadier four faults on Bengtsson.
Tim also slotted Elvera into fourth in the 2* 1.35m, just a second away from the winner.
Philip Spivey eased VDL Cassius into third in the 2* 1.25m speed, finishing 4.40 sec behind the pace. Alicia Smallman claimed fourth and sixth with Ulievka De Breve and Illusion VI and Jemma Kirk took ninth on Telstar De La Pomme.
Louise Alston jumped clear in the 1* 1.20m speed with Mack The Knife to take 15th place.
