Laura Renwick is on winning form in France

Laura Renwick and the Tangelo Van De Zuuthoeve 10-year-old Bintang got off to a flying start in Valence, France, posting victory in the 1.45m two-phase. They clipped 0.45 sec off Colombia’s Carlos Lopez Lizarazo’s time on Admara 2 to take the win.

Four faults dropped Laura and Heliodor Hybrs down to 15th in the 1.50m, won by The Netherlands’ Jelmer Hoekstra on Quinoa Des Riollets.

Jane Davies slotted the Darco 12-year-old Eclips Van Erpekom into seventh in the 2* 1.40m, finishing seven sec behind the winner. Sam wArd and Quality took 15th with Tess Carmichael 18th on Skara Glen’s Voltan H.

Sam Ward claimed seventh in the 1.30m speed on the Hors La Loi 13-year-old Wish, two sec behind the winner. And Claire Beecroft was 11th with the 10-year-old Burgana in the 1.35m. Tess Carmichael on Atlantis PP Z and Sam on Troy III jumped steadier clears for 19th and 20th.

Claire and Imogen Beecroft were in the ribbons in the 1.15m. Claire picked up 10th on Sam W with Imogen took 11th on Roscoe’s Amour.
