Philip Spivey posts another win in Vimeiro

Philip Spivey is holding a 100% record in Vimeiro, Portugal, so far. 24 hours after winning the 1.40m on Smirnov, he repeated the feat, easing the Romanov/Kannan 10-year-old into the top spot of Friday’s 1.40m, winning by 0.47 sec.

Graham Lovegrove and the Cento/Continue 14-year-old Cento Love took third with Philip also seventh on Greg and Tracey Forrest’s Darya I Nur. Louise Saywell took 12th and 14th with Dassler and Patrol V.

Philip eased the seven-year-old Kasparov, another with Romanov/Kannan bloodlines, into fifth in the 1.25m, 3.90 sec behind the pace. Graham Lovegrove and Jakarta Van De Roshoeve had four faults in the second phase to finish 15th.
