Max Routledge is a winner in Knokke with Haifa OL
Max Routledge topped the 2* 1.35m speed in Knokke with Old Lodge’s Haifa OL, a Dulf Van Den Bisschop nine-year-old mare, winning by a handsome 2.35 sec. Jane Davies took fifth on Eclips Van Erpekom with Sam Ward and Wish in sixth and Harry Charles on Alure III in eighth. Cressy Neads was 15th on Elton II with a steady clear.
Emma Stoker eased Bob Young’s Arko/Darco stallion Everton De Villee into second in the six-year-old final, 1.90 sec behind the winner, France’s Alexandre Sueur aboard Farrero. Sam Hutton took fifth with the home-bred Super Trooper De Ness gelding Troopers Boy and Stacy Babes finished eighth on Dignity, both jumping double clear. Peter Charles was 13th on the Quite Capitol/Cassini I mare Foline with clear and four.
Emma was ninth and 11th in the five-year-old final with the stolzenberg mare Shariva and the Cadensky daughter Cool Cash, both on clear and four.
Jane Davies took 12th in the seven-year-old with clear and four aboard the Uvolinus gelding Utopie V. Harry Charles was just behind in 13th on the Diamant De Semilly stallion Valkiry De Zance.
Harry was also 10th in the Silver 2* 1.45m on Controe, and Lana Craker was seventh and ninth in the Bronze 1* 1.25m with Finer Bride and Lord Advocate.
